Founded by Rupa Tejura in 2018, Modern Creation has staged and redesigned multiple homes in the Los Angeles and Orange County, Ca.
In 2013, Rupa and her husband purchased their first home in Glendale, CA. It was a short sale, and required a full gut job. The project entailed complete demolition and redesign of 4 bathrooms, a new kitchen, an outdated fireplace, and eventually an upstairs loft addition.
Upon completion, Rupa embarked on a new journey. House, upon house, she went on to remodel hundreds of spaces - from kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, paint, light fixtures and so on.
Five years later, Rupa’s passion for real estate and design has strengthened. She has finally transformed her passion and talent to home staging, design and decor. With an eye for trendy and modern options, she will give your home 100% of the style and function you need.
